CCMC offers comprehensive consulting and training on the clinical aspects of IHSS. Healthcare is ever changing, CCMC will consult and train you and your staff on how to complete a detailed IHSS assessment, write a solid care plan with justification and supporting documents.
Comprehensive consulting
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on IHSS for both adults and children.
- Educate on the various Children’s Medicaid waivers available and the IHSS process within each waiver.
- Develop clear and comprehensive IHSS training material.
- Assist clinical team in creating comprehensive care plans with the necessary supporting documentation.
- More timely approvals with a higher average of approved hours per client.
- Case management communication, coordination, and mediation.
- Outside provider (PDN, Therapy, etc) communication and coordination.
- Process for initial, annual, and unscheduled assessments
- Discharge planning and process
- Critical incident processing and reporting
- Sup visit documentation, requirements, and reporting
