Michelle, a private consultant, and Co-Founder of CCMC has been helping families and individuals in the health care field for twenty-three years. Michelle’s work and life experience include:
- Community Education/Marketing Director
- Parent CNA
- IHSS Attendant
- Case Manager
- Agency Director and Founder of A Special Needs Connection and Medicaid Waivers
- Private Consultant
Consulting is Michelle's Passion
Michelle is very passionate and committed to helping individuals and their families in the community. She is extremely knowledgeable on the business aspects, however, as a fellow IHSS waiver parent herself, she brings a unique expertise/perspective. She is a strong advocate for stakeholders as well as educating families and agencies to ensure that the needs of the client are the priority.
Consulting has become a new passion for Michelle as she has come to the realization that there is a need for education, advocacy, and engagement for home health agencies. Medicaid is an ever-changing world and often requires adjusting, training, and re-education. Michelle’s personal and professional background has allowed her to help businesses operate more efficiently and effectively on the clinical aspects of IHSS so home health agencies can better serve and support their families.

Nataly, a private consultant, and Co-Founder of CCMC brings over a decade of knowledge and experience in the health care field. Nataly’s work and life experience include:

NATALY'S PASSION IS HELPING OTHERS
Nataly has a passion for helping individuals and their families in the community. She is extremely knowledgeable in the day-to-day operations of home health including human resources, documentation, and training. Nataly was instrumental in launching both skilled and non-skilled lines of services for a local home health agency. This included licensing, state inspections, creating curriculum, writing policies, and state regulations. She is a strong advocate for stakeholders as well as educating families and agencies to ensure that the needs of the client are the priority.
Consulting has allowed Nataly to use her knowledge and experience to provide education, advocacy, and engagement for home health agencies.
