Michelle’s personal and professional background has allowed her to help businesses operate more efficiently and effectively on the clinical aspects of IHSS so home health agencies can better serve and support their families.

Nataly has a passion for helping individuals and their families in the community. She is extremely knowledgeable in the day-to-day operations of home health including human resources, documentation, and training. Nataly was instrumental in launching both skilled and non-skilled lines of services for a local home health agency. This included licensing, state inspections, creating curriculum, writing policies, and state regulations. She is a strong advocate for stakeholders as well as educating families and agencies to ensure that the needs of the client are the priority.
